Christmas Turnaround Timeframes

The silly season is fast approaching and we have some changes to our turnaround timelines. Please read below information

Wishing Wells, Present Boxes & Treasure Chests orders will remain the same 3 week turnaround. (excluding public holidays etc)

Honeymoon Case purchases will be sent out end of January only.

Wishing Well hire is closed between 10th December 2009 until 21st January 2010

Cake Toppers & Signature Frames - end of January. (This is for all orders received before 31 December 2009. Orders received after that date will follow our usual timeframe of around 4 weeks from date of purchase and payment received)

How to use our online shop.

1. Select your category from our menu and browse our products.
2. Once you have chosen your product for hire or purchase add to cart.
3. You will be required to subscribe to the website but this information is only used for your hire and purchase purposes.
4. Fill in your details and follow the instructions through the checkout.
5. We will send all clients an amended invoice with shipping details (if applicable) once we have received your order.
