Payment Terms of Wishing Wells & Other Hire Equipment.
The full hiring fee must be paid within 7 days of making the booking to secure your booking date. Cancellation of booking requires 14 days notice or all monies will be held. An administration fee of $15.00 will be held upon cancellation with the balance refunded within 7 days.
Payment for hiring fee can be made by direct debit, cash or credit card. All credit card payments will incur a $5.00 administration fee and deposit monies will not be refunded to clients until monies have been received as cleared funds (takes up to 10 days). All credit card security deposit will be refunded directly back to client's bank account. Your BSB and Account details will be required for return of security deposit.

Collection Terms of Wishing Wells and/or Hire Equipment
A cash security deposit is required when collecting our Wishing Wells and/or Hire Equipment and will be refunded to you once the Wishing Wells and/or Hire Equipment is returned in perfect order. The Wishing Wells and/or Hire Equipment will be available to you for a maximum of four days from collection. Late return will result in further fees.
Collection times of Wells are available as follows:
Thursdays before the Special Event
11.30am – 2.30pm
5.00pm – 7.00pm
Return of Wells are available as follows:
Mondays following the Special Event
11.30am – 2.30pm
5.00pm – 7.00pm
Independent Appointments:
Flexibility is our key. If these times are not suitable independent appointment arrangements can be made by contacting us. If an appointment is made please ensure that these times are adhered to. Clients not collecting or returning Wells at the allocated times may incur a $10.00 administration fee.
Delivery Terms of Wishing Wells and/or Hire Equipment
We will arrange for delivery of Wishing Wells and/or Hire Equipment to the venue or your residential address on the Thursday before your special event and collection the following Monday from the same address.
Venue - As part of our service we will contact the place of event to inform them of the delivery and collection details of the Wishing Well and/or Hire Equipment. The venue must agree to re-packaging the Wishing Well and/or equipment securely for re-collection on the Monday afternoon following the special event. The venue is advised to ensure that the Wishing Well is readily available for collection otherwise the client will incur a call out cost from Couriers Please – which will be taken out of security monies.
Residential – When placing your order you agree to re-packaging the Wishing Well and or Hire Equipment securely for re-collection on the Monday afternoon following the special event. A security deposit is required upon payment of booking fee (within seven days of booking) and will be refunded to you once the Wishing Well and/or Hire Equipment is received back in perfect order.
The delivery and collection of the Wishing Wells are covered by transit insurance.
Our Wishing Wells are delivered to you in custom made wooden boxes and are protected with a material lining to prevent paint scratching etc. You are required to check the goods on arrival to ensure the Wishing Well has not been damaged through transit. Any damages should be reported to Amies Wishing Wells immediately. Transit insurance does not include returning the Wishing Well with paint damages caused by using sticky tapes etc. Paint damage caused by sticking things directly on the Wishing Well or careless damages caused to the paint is the responsibility of the client and all security monies will be held.

Undecorated Wishing Wells, Treasure Chests, Bird Cage Card Holders Honey Moon Wishing Wells and The Present Box.
These Wells allows you to arrange fresh flowers or other decorations to match your own theme. Please note that decorations are not to be stuck directly onto well. The Wishing Well must be returned undamaged or monies will be taken out of security deposit.
A security deposit of $50.00 is required on Wishing Wells hire.
Decorated/Designed Wishing Wells, Treasure Chests, Bird Cage Card Holders Honey Moon Wishing Wells and The Present Box.
These wells come decorated with your choice from our designs or from tailored requests to match individual themes and designs where possible (out of pocket expenses may be charged). The Wishing Well and all decorations must be returned undamaged or monies will be taken out of the security deposit.
A security deposit of $50.00 is required on Wishing Well hire.
Candelabra Hire
Our candelabras are hired to you for self decoration. A minimum order of 10 candelabras is required to complete your booking. Please ensure that the candelabras are returned cleaned and in good working order. All candelabras must be returned undamaged or monies will be taken out of the security deposit to replace the damaged candelabra.
A security deposit of $8.00 per single candelabra or $15.00 per triple candelabra is required on candelabras.
Wedding Easels
Our Wedding Easels are available with or without photo frame and are available for self decoration. The Wedding Easel and photo frame (if applicable) must be returned undamaged or monies will be taken out of the security deposit for replacement of damaged goods.
A security deposit of $50.00 (plus $10.00 for frame if applicable) is required on Wedding Easel hire.
Bubble Machines
Our Bubble Machines come supplied with one litre of bubble mixture and instructions. Please ensure that the Bubble Machines are returned cleaned and in good working order. All Bubble Machines must be returned undamaged or monies will be taken out of the security deposit to replace the damaged goods.
A security deposit of $50.00 is required on pick up of Bubble Machine hire.
